We ask for your name, email address, animal category and message. You can optionally add a phone number, town and quantity. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive information.

How your enquiry is used

Your message is stored for Demesne House Smallholding to review and respond to your request, discuss availability and arrange any agreed visit. It does not add you to a marketing list, reserve an animal or take payment.

Storage and access

Enquiries are held in the website’s database through its hosting service and are not displayed publicly. The hosting service may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

Questions about your details

Use the general enquiry option to ask about information you provided or request correction or deletion. Include your enquiry reference where possible and use the same email address.

Photos and visits

The photographs are generic AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of animals currently offered for sale. Request current photographs, prices and animal details before agreeing to a purchase. Visits and collections are by invitation only; the full address is shared privately after confirmation.
